In stock Parts, Tools & Accessories process in 1-2 business days and generally ship out in 1 to 3 business days.
Covers, Cabinets & Cushions are Custom Made to Order and can take 5 to 15 business days to manufacture. Covers with Embroidery take a few days longer.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left the warehouse.

We use multiple carriers for shipments. Fed Ex, UPS and USPS Postal Service(1 Day processing delay for Postal Service orders).
Postal Service is available for Military Bases / APO addresses and Overseas orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Products with Free Shipping are in special individually packed boxes and cannot be multi-packed with other items.
Free Shipping items are indicated with each eligible item. Free Shipping offers apply to the Lower 48 States only.
Shipping rates will apply to all parts, tools and accessories at checkout - there is no free shipping on these items.
There is a $35.00 factory ordering minimum required (excluding shipping)
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER: We require in writing any change or cancellation requests. Please use the Contact Us link to put your request in writing. We do our best to process orders in a timely fashion, therefore we cannot guarantee any changes to orders or cancellations once an order has been processed and is preparing for shipment. A $25.00 or 10% fee will be charged for all orders that have been processed by our business office and are cancelled before shipping. Express orders of in stock items will ship same (business) day if the order is received before 12:00PM EST.
CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS (e.g.Covers, Cabinets, Cushions) CANNOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED ONCE PRODUCTION HAS STARTED.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, HAWAII & ALASKA: - Shipping costs will be emailed to you and an acceptance reply is manditory before the order can be processed.
Orders shipping internationally can take anywhere from 1 week to 8 weeks to deliver. Please be advised that once an international shipment has departed the USA, the tracking may not update while it is in transit until the goods have been delivered.
NEW : Due to the requirements to prepare orders shipping out of the USA, the following order minimum requirements are - Canada $75.00, EU - $225.00 all other countries - $150.00. (Excluding Piano Covers & Cushions)
All free shipping offered on our site is shipped by USPS/ Fed Ex or UPS Ground service and applies to the Lower 48 states only.
Customers are required to pay the difference in price if they request faster service.

1) - Ground Service
2 - 5-7 business days from date of shipping. (Not guaranteed by carrier)
A physical address is required for UPS / Fed Ex deliveries. UPS/ Fed Ex deliveries cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
If you provide a PO box for delivery, the order can go only by mail. Mailed items are insured for the replacement value of the item only, shipping rates are not refundable by the carrier. If your mail parcel is lost or damaged we will happily replace the item for you, once the postal service claim has been settled. This process can take anywhere from 5-60 business days.
2) - 2nd Day Air
Your parcel will arrive 2 business days from date of shipping.
Items to be shipped 2nd Day Air must be ordered by 12 p.m. EST on a business day to go out the same day.
If an item is not in stock we will inform you right away.
A physical address is required for UPS/ Fed Ex deliveries. UPS / Fed Ex deliveries cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
2) - 3 Day Select
Your parcel will arrive 3 business days from date of shipping.
Items to be shipped 3rd Day Air must be ordered by 12 p.m. EST on a business day to go out the same day.
If an item is not in stock we will inform you right away.

3) - Overnight (Guarantee as per carriers terms.) Your parcel will arrive on the next business day.
Items to be shipped Overnight must be ordered by 12 p.m. EST on a business day to go out the same day.
If an item is not in stock we will inform you right away.
4) - USPS - Parcel Post USA deliveries (Guarantee as per carriers terms.) See USPS website for information regarding shipping times/ delays. Orders shipped via Parcel post can go to a physical street address or a PO Box. Orders for Parcel Post delivery must be placed online. Our order department cannot take orders for this delivery method via telephone.
USPS Disclaimer:
If you select shipping via U. S. Post Office and your order gets lost, arrives damaged or is missing contents, a claim will be made with the shipper. USPS usually settles claim decisions within 5-10 days, however, it can take up to 2 months.
We will not reship any Claim orders until the claim has been settled. However, if the items are needed, you can reorder the items again online.
Shipping charge refunds are at the discretion of USPS, if postal rates are not refunded, this amount is deducted from any credit amount. In the event of damaged or missing contents, please keep all packaging for review by the USPS.

Please be aware that for parcels shipped internationally via Mail service - if the package is lost or damaged it can take months to settle a claim.
We are unable to reship packages until a claim has been settled. Postal service does not reimburse the shipping charges on claims paid.
IMPORTANT: Due to certain restrictions in many countries buyers should check with their local government regarding any restrictions on imported goods. Any packages returned to us will incur a return shipping charge and/or duties and taxes. This amount will be payable by the purchaser.
The shipping times you see above are supplied by the Carriers, and we cannot be held responsible for shipments delayed by the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.
A minimum fee of $18.00 /package up to a maximum of $114.80 per shipment is charged by UPS for any address corrections they need to make (e.g. Zip, Street Name, Suite or Apt. number). If the address given by the customer is incorrect or changed after the product has shipped, this charge from UPS is passed onto the customer.
