Returns
All Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Items cannot be accepted back without one.
VERY IMPORTANTPlease retain all original Boxes & Packaging for any returns.
We do not supply return boxes.
If you receive a defective item, we will replace it ... if there's a packaging error, we'll correct it.
All this will be done as quickly as possible, cheerfully and at our expense.
If you receive a package that has been damaged in shipping or if the product has a factory defect or error, please....Keep all the damaged packaging for inspection by the carrier. Photos may be required to facilitate your return request.
We are proud of the quality of our products. Unfortunately, items are sometimes damaged during shipment. Due to carrier requirements, we cannot accept damaged items returned without prior inspection. If you receive a damaged item, you must immediately contact your local carrier and arrange for an inspection of the carton (whether it appears to be damaged or not) and its contents. Please do not return damaged merchandise to the factory without first having the item inspected.

Return Policy
To Return an Item please contact us using the Form above. Explain the reason for your return and you will be provided with a 'Return Authorization Number' (RAN) that is to be printed on the outside of the box, along with the details and address of where to return the item.
RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY US NO LATER THAN 30 (thirty) DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE IN UNDAMAGED AND "NEW" CONDITION, IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, ALONG WITH ALL HARDWARE, PARTS, INSTRUCTIONS AND THE PACKING SLIP.
Exchanges are treated as a return and a new order. You will receive a refund for your returned item.
Please insure all returned items, as we cannot assume responsibility for returned items lost or broken in transit. Shipping companies require that you retain original packing, cartons and freight bills of any damaged packages for their inspection.
Returns not due to a Factory Defect, Shipping Error or Shipping Damage, receive a refund for the amount of the returned item, less a 10% warehouse Re-Stocking / Re-Boxing / Administration fee, or a minimum charge of $7.50. Piano Showcase does not pay nor reimburse return shipping fees for these items.
Sorry, we do not extend 'free shipping' on returned items that are not the fault of a 'manufacturer's defect', 'error' or 'shipping damage'...if free shipping was included in the price of your item, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Credits are processed in the same manner as the original purchase payment and you will receive a credit memo by email when the credit has been processed. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please pack returned items carefully: Items returned with scratches, marks, nicks or tears, will have a charge applied for factory touch-up, respraying or repairs to bring it back to new condition.

All Custom-Made items such as: Custom Bored Hammers, Custom Made Benches, Custom made Covers, Embroidered Covers, Any Cut Fabric & Cushions etc.
Liquids, Tuning Kits, Tuning Hammers, Piano Strings & Wire,
Non Returnable Benches:
Paul Jansen & GRK products that are finished in any High Gloss color other than Black, are Custom-Made and are therefore non-returnable.
Paul Jansen Benches made in Burgundy, White or Ivory Leather or Vinyl are also Custom-Made and are therefore non-returnable.
