Highly recommend this company. There was a problem with my order and they promptly answered my emails and phone calls. The dolly was good quality. I went with this one because it didn’t raise the piano too far off the ground, and indeed, it was just as advertised. The wheels on the front legs of the piano need to be removed. But the back bottom wheels under the piano did not.

The Jansen spinet dolly fit under my piano perfectly. The piano height is nearly the same as without the dolly. Rolls smoothly and with little effort. Nicely finished, too.

I received the dolly. The box was torn up up the dolly was fine. The piano tuner installed it and it works great. I can now move the piano easily in the choir room and the larger wheels make it easy to move. The dolly does stick out quite a bit from the sides of the piano so you have to be careful not to trip on it. I have shopped with them before and have been pleased with the service.
