Upright Piano Wheels Cast Iron 1-7/8" Dia
I received the wheels but no instructions or information on how to put them on or what type of screws that I should use. Even sent an email asking about the screws and did not receive a reply.
Our responseHello Gloria: Regarding the screws for your wheels, we cannot tell you what size you need for your piano because every piano make (and there have been over 5000 piano manufactureres) is a different thickness at the bottom. The piano needs to be tilted to put them on, so if you're unable to do it by yourself. We recommend that you call a piano technician or mover to put them on for you.
I am very happy with the wheels but I did send an email to you requesting information on what type of hardware that I should use to attach them and did not receive an answer.

The parts Were delivered ok, but not yet mounted. Missing The screws to do it. There should have been a notice about that and at least a possobillity to add these to The order.

Unfortunately, with over 12,000 piano makes over the years, there is absolutely no way we could venture a guess at the depth of the wood on the bottom of a piano. That's why we can't supply any screws.
Fit perfectly on an ancient Chicago cable company upright. Very sturdy.

I ordered a kit of 4. Good quality. I put two on one piano and 1 on the other. It would have been helpful to have specifications and/or a drawing of your product. The height was different than the original on both pianos, so I had to install two on 1 piano just to make them work. The screw hole pattern on on piano was the same (4 screws) but on the it was different, 3 versus 4 for the new one

Hello Carl: When ordering a set of piano wheels you must replace all 4 new wheels on the piano. With over 12,000 piano manufacturers, and only a few sets of wheels, you'll never find the same size as the originals. That is why we supply the sockets for the new wheels.
