As noted in my Mobileer comments, access to the Spinet is to be restricted to community members who are able to play the Spinet without abusing it. The locking Hands Off will restrict this.
My wife has Alzheimer's but has always wanted to study piano more. With the piano in the Memory Care unit she will be able to have Music Therapists come in to work with her on her piano techniques.
