The wheels work really great on my church 90’s kawai baby grand. They are infinitely easier to use when moving the piano around than the original wheels were. Do be ready to modify your piano to make the wheels work though. I had to fill the old wheel holes with a large amount of epoxy, and I needed to chisel away a large amount of wood to get the bushing to sit flat. Not vandakings fault though
Our responseHello Benjamin; Thank you for your review. However..... We never recommend moving a Grand Piano on its own wheels. If one of the legs break, the piano will fall and crack the plate. That is what our Grand Piano Dollies are for. Although a lot more expensive than just a set of wheels, it's a lot less expensive than having to buy a new piano.
Replaced 80 year old original metal casters on grand piano with these dual wheel soft casters. Leaves no marks nor dents in our freshly laid luxury vinyl plank flooring. Piano moves with ease now.
These wheels came with no instructions and have a square mount but my piano has round ones so they don’t fit in the legs
Our responseAfter the turn of the 20th century, over 12,000 individual piano brand names were in existence. There are only a couple of dozen wheels made for pianos. However, if you take off your existing round mounts & screw in the new square ones that came with the wheels, you'll find the new wheels work just fine!

This is my second set to purchase for two different pianos. They are expensive wheels but work great. I'll probably buy more in the future.
The overall process was simple however when I received the order it was missing a part. Personally it would appear to me that the parts were not securely packaged (loosely floating in a box) and one fell out during shipping. I would suggest a review of the shipping & packing process. I did send an email to the company an they are sending the missing part.. Another wait.....

These are very sturdy rubber wheels used to replace old metal wheels on our upright piano. With new hardwood floors we did not want to take any chances. They were easy to install and fit perfectly in the old wheel wells.
