The wheel on the website show black wheels.. Gray showed up. Also, not the best customer service when we did not receive a tracking number took 2 phone calls to get help. The second person finally helped and provided information. The first person was not friendly or helpful.

The wheels you bought do indeed show grey on our website. At least we see them in gray on our computers. It's the same dolly wheel we've been selling for over 20 yrs. & as far as we know it hasn't changed color. However, I'm sure they'll do a good job for you and make your Truck Dolly usable again. The Casters were of excellent quality and arrived in a timely manner. Once installed the grand piano was considerably easier to move.
We purchased these to replace the worn out Colson casters on our C6 piano dolly. They fit the bolt pattern of the old casters and work exactly as advertised. When I called customer service with a question they were very polite and knowledgeable. This will be the first place I look when the next time I need piano parts.
Even though the wrong replacement wheels were initially sent to us, customer service was excellent at helping to sort out the problem. The correct wheels were then shipped and are a perfect fit. Thank you!
I ordered 3 piano wheels with brakes for one of my grand pianos (6' 9" Kawai to replace its 3 brakeless wheels). This and another 7' 4" Kawai are both on trucks in a recording studio. The order was simple, professional and I received the items quite soon afterward. A good experience.
