The product arrived within the time stated. The material was high quality. It was slightly larger (1 inch) than my piano, but I was ok with that. Excellent customer service and communication.

This was my first order from Vanda King. My cover arrived quickly, but there was a problem. I sent a couple pictures, and they put in for a replacement cover. Then, there was a delay at the manufacturer, but customer service straightened things out. My perfect cover just arrived. It took a while, but I'm sold on the quality and customer service, and my C6 is snug, safe and happy.
The piano cover is a good quality cover for our commercial setting and it fits our piano perfectly. I wasn't sure which product to order at first based solely on the website, but I called your customer service line and your staff member was wonderful and helped me to easily identify the correct model. The cover was shipped and arrived in a timely manner.

I inherited my mom's Yamaha C3 Concert Grand piano that she's had since the early 1970's. It was in pristine condition after 50+ years. I was worried it would get trashed at my house (animals,kids,etc).
This cover is well-padded, has an excellent fit, & looks nice. With this cover, the piano will look new for another half a century. BE SURE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE SLITS!!! It's more than worth it!!
