Vanda King was excellent in customer service when dealing with our shipping issues. Sadly our bench arrived broken with clear shipping damage. This company was professional about replacement and canceling orders. This bench is a nice size and has an attractive finish. Some parts of the construction seems weak. If it is in your price range, go with a higher grade bench.
