I bought dual wheel casters to replace the original steel/cast iron wheels on an 1880's Steinway upright. They work beautifully and make rolling the piano a dream.
What a wonderful person who answered the phone! A pleasant conversation at the beginning of the day can make anyone's day brighter! With the help of friends and some good on-line instruction, I replaced the casters in 30 minutes. My only complaint would be that I could not just buy two items instead of a set.
